Yes, the plan would be to use the jira version as release notes, unless
they have to be included as a file in the tarbal?
So these should be up to date when we create a release.
In the meantime this has been resolved, I have poked everyone to check
their ticket statuses.

Will change the mail title to follow the pattern you described in our
upcoming candidate; the brackets do indeed add more emphasis on the
Incubating part.
