Great idea Hans!  This bug-fixing-documentation-marathon has been a bit of
a grind but stability and usability has improved considerably as a result.
For example I'm really happy to see all these integration tests running
smoothly.  In the end what matters is the question: "can I put things in
production with this software?" For me the answer is more and more positive
so we did the right thing in avoiding any new major features and going for
stability.  Let's get 0.99 out of the door and push ahead with a 1.0 after
that.
