One other comment I intended to make during the vote: the file names

  apache-hop-0.99-incubating-rc1.tar.gz
  apache-hop-client-0.99-incubating.zip

are confusing. First, you don’t want the release candidate in the name, because 
you will have to rename the file on release. Second, you want ‘-src’ in the 
name so can include both source and binaries in the same directory. I think the 
first should have been

  apache-hop-0.99-incubating-src.tar.gz

You don’t need to do anything for this release, but fix the process for the 
next release.
