Hi All, I forgot to mention this, I saw great advice on the incubator mailinglist so I would like to incorporate it in our votes.
To make the voting process more transparant and clear to external parties watching this list let's add a bit of extra information to our votes. Everyone here has already done a great job by adding the things they are checking, additionally I would like to extend the +1 or -1 a bit. When you have committer or PMC member status in the project: +1/-1/+-0 <apacheUsername> (role) eg. +1 hansva (PMC Member) or +1 hansva (Committer) When you do not have an ASF id: +1/-1/+-0 (non-binding) We encourage everyone to vote and test releases. Even if your vote is non-binding! A non-binding -1 vote could make PMC members look at the issue and possibly change their votes. Make sure to always give a clear reason when voting -1.
