Thank you for submitting the HoraeDB report.

I notice you list “Finish the new metrics engine” as one of the three important 
unfinished issues before graduation. While that’s a valuable technical 
milestone, it’s not a requirement for graduation. You may wish to rephrase that 
item to focus on community or graduation readiness instead.

I also note your report mentions that several core developers have left and 
that you expect development to get back on track next year. Please expand on 
how that is expected to happen, for example, whether there are plans to recruit 
new contributors, encourage prior contributors to return, or collaborate more 
closely with other communities.
