Unless objection, I'll put up an RC in the next day or so (Maybe I should wait on Billie getting in what she needs for accumulo?). The master branch is in a state that roughly equates to the 3.0.4 release caveat the new packaging and some extras like the 'site' and Colin's work in core but otherwise, its effectively the same functionality.
