Already has been. You have .locks files since someone was committing at that
exact instant. I suspect the next tarball won't suffer this problem, and we
will have to rm that directory from the tree, once we feel safe (2 weeks or
so) that everyone updated their trees to knock out this duplication.

when I extract the apr-xxxxx.tar.gz file fetched from
http://cvs.apache.org/snapshots/apr/ I get a message about overwriting files
in the ./locks/netware dir.
Looking at http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/apr/locks/ only shows a 'netware' dir,
but when I open the *.tar.gz with WinZip, I can
see that there are two dirs:
'netware' and 'NetWare', and this seems to be the problem...
can we remove one of the dirs?
