Guenter,
In sdbm_lock.c the patch rearranges the initialize #ifdef's for serialized accept.
Except for this change, all of the other changes are NetWare specific. I am a little
worried about submitting a change that might affect other platforms. Is there a
reason for changing the #ifdef's? If you are just trying to clean up the #ifdef
"monkey business" (as the comment states), submit it as a separate patch so that the
other platforms can determine if it is valid.

thanks,
Brad

Hi Brad,
attached 2 patches to enable compiling for NetWare. These patches are extracted from
your changes you've made to SDBM for getting mod_dav to work. I would really like to
see this patches go in because I know some other modules which also work with SDBM,
and it seems to run fine. Once it's in I will make an updated project file for
building module mod_auth_dbm and lib SDBM (as regex and ap).

Guenter.
