Done.  To add youself to the bugdatabase, you need to login to daedalus
and type

/usr/local/apache/bin/dbmmanage /home/apmail/bugdbaccounts username

you will be prompted for a password

If you can't access to deadalus, you can mail me a username and password
(please specify if you send a pre-encrypted password).

Obviously, you should not use a password that is already used for
something important, since HTTP auth flies over the air in plain text.
