I'm seeing good behaviour on MacOSX 10.2.1. The server fails a bunch of
access tests:

These are tests for 'Deny/Allow from localhost': apparently on Jaguar
'127.0.0.1' doesn't resolve into 'localhost' anymore. I haven't gotten to
the bottom of this yet.
Other tests are OK. This compile was with:
