I have this problem on 3 PC with the same configuration:-(
So I unloaded one module after another and found the mod_ssl.so as the culprit. I re-compiled the openssl-0.9.6g again with Perl 5.8 and MSVC 6 (and of course Apache2) but I still get the exeptions with mod_ssl.
