AddDescription busted for full paths?

Can somebody get an example like the following to work?

AddDescription "The planet Mars" /web/pics/mars.gif

(where /web/pics/mars.gif is a full path?)

Use any version of Apache after 1.3.9 :)

(I haven't actually tried Apache < 1.3.9, but some of the confusing code was introduced in 1.3.9.)
