Make sure you have my recent (this a.m.) commits to

  build/.cvsignore
  configure.in
  modules/aaa/config.m4
  modules/mappers/config9.m4
  server/Makefile.in
before trying to test this.

With those recent commits, it works as well as I have time to test :) 
Now it is somebody else's turn.
