SSL nMutexMode

Seems that if we don't specify an SSLMutex, nMutexMode stays
set to SSL_MUTEXMODE_UNSET and weirdness ensues... This needs
to be fixed. I'm looking at it now (most likely, SSLMutex default
is the safe default, although None would be easier :) )
