I have an httpd v2.0.45 webserver that insists on blocking for 9 seconds before serving a static page. This delay happens both with a normal http site, and an https site. Hostnamelookups are switched off in the config, is there anything else I should be looking for besides DNS that would cause the webserver to not return the page straight away?
