mod_include: Options +Includes (or IncludesNoExec) wasn't set, removing
include filter.
Thanks Paul, but I've already committed and backported this wording:
"mod_include: Options +Includes (or IncludesNoExec) wasn't set, INCLUDES filter removed"
so if anybody wants to change that I'll leave it to you. I'm not too keen on collecting 3 +1's again to rephrase a warning message, it's totally counterproductive.
