I believe ISO-8859-15 (Latin 9) is also known as "Latin 0" in some
circles (it is virtually identical to Latin 1, except for the addition
of the Euro sign and a few extra characters required for the French and
Finnish languages that were omitted from Latin 1).

There is also an ISO-8859-11 (Thai) and ISO-8859-16 (Latin 10) -- see
http://www.unicode.org/Public/MAPPINGS/ISO8859/. (ISO-8859-12 doesn't
currently exist, but is reserved for Indics, I think.)
