Code cleanups, more apr style coding, presumably feature complete, now built against apache 2.1 cvs. Needs further testing and especially niceness tuning. See code below. Comments welcome.
Looks generally fine, but I haven't tested it yet. I guess we should move the mod_disk_cache header struct to a header file instead of the .c file.
If you're willing, I'd be happy to see this brought into the tree under support/ and available for 2.1+. What do you think? -- justin
