Plus, I hear those new dual core opterons are really nice. I would rather have a better and cleaner API, than save a few CPU cycles here.
The posted patch does nothing to make the brigades or filter a cleaner API. All we'd have then is that ap_pass_brigade() does some 'magic' that has nothing at all to do with passing a brigade. Yuck. -- justin
