For all versions of Apache. Most changes happen first in a development branch (the trunk/, which is version 2.3 right now) - and then perhaps added to the 2.1-beta branch if they are not disruptive. The 2.1-beta will soon become the next release version, 2.2.x - which will replace Apache 2.0. But serious problems are still being fixed in the 2.0.x branch (once they are changed in the current development branch, and approved by the group for backporting.) We even fix critical flaws in 1.3.x, still. So if you want to follow the development process, you found the right list already. Welcome. Bill
