Close, but not quite. Threads are enabled in APR by default on 5.4-RELEASE and higher (for APR 1.x branches which means httpd 2.2+). I don't think we use worker by default in any case, do we? So, that comment about using prefork instead is wrong: we do prefork by default everywhere. -- justin
