Asking for too much will also scare away folks. *shrug* At the end of the SoC program, if we received a set of test cases for mod_cache + mod_proxy, I'd be happy and would call that a success. No, it's not the most ambitious project ever; but it'd be extremely useful to us and would be a good introduction to our project. I'm interested in setting up students for success - not failure. I'm not going to ask a SoC student to redesign filters - I don't even know how I'd want that to look. ;-) -- justin
