Sounds similar. Is this the same as PR 39463 (http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=39463)? I am not quite sure if these are similar to each other, because in 39463 (on Solaris 10) there seems to be an issue with sendfilev64, whereas in Niklas case I get the feeling that sendfile is used instead of its 64 bit version.
