How do you want to handle this with proxies?
What would be the default for 3rd party modules that do not set it?
As far as the downstream, I'm thinking such a marker would trigger our http
filter to add the appropriate cache control directives - if it's possible.
If not, the downstream should follow the RFC and render unknown methods as
uncachable and cache-invalidating. Not the end of the world.
