I suggested that before and it got -1'd because of the potential
conflict with a directory named ./builtin/ .
Not really an issue, since -with-foo=./builtin disambiguates -with-foo-builtin,
but whatever...
I didn't suggest one or the other... --with-included-expat, then? We
could provide both sytnax until APR 2.
No matter to me, I'm just thinking of the users.
