hi, i want to modify apache such that when the httpd.conf file is being opened, i would measure the configuration file as part of integrity checking. I tried looking at the source code myself but its huge. how is the httpd.conf read and where is it being read? is the httpd.conf file read once during the startup of the server, or it is opened multiple times?
