Sorry for missing this point. I plan to close it on December 13th, 12:00 UTC. That should give everybody enough time for testing and voting. If not please let me know and will adjust the timing Furthermore I can prepare the announcements on the weekend and upload the files so that the mirrors are synced until Monday, such that the announcement can happen on Monday the 15th (Provided the vote passes of course).
