Your blog mentioned a kernel panic on Darwin... perhaps switch back to a
known non-panicky MPM on that platform and other affected?
Its just the simple mpm, which isn't the default anywhere right now.
It'd be nice if Apple just fixed it, I know Ryan Phillips was playing
with remote kernel debugging/dumping stuff and had a full stack trace of
the actual panic in kevent().
