It should be moved out of experimental. It is a stable MPM, and its experiment proved correct imo.
I was hoping to focus more on the simple mpm, as I really don't like the code organization and how much copy and paste there is in the... legacy MPMs, but that really shouldn't drive where we put the event mpm.
