As wrowe pointed out, there is a lot of work still to do - modules need to be documented, or marked for removal if abandoned. If we branched v2.4.x now, we would have to do this work twice, once on trunk, and a second time on the v2.4 branch. I don't think we're quite ready to branch trunk yet, there is still more work to do, but cutting alphas will definitely get the momentum going. Regards, Graham --
