The attached chart, generated by the SecuritySpace Web Server Survey from the following query;

What this doesn't call out is how many of these users are simply a side-effect of using their vendor's default component. I would expect that within 6 mos of this release, the vast majority would be on that new release (typical ramp-up time), or have migrated across to 2.2 knowing that 1.3 is at end of life. This seems consistent with the list discussion of phasing out 1.3. It's a shame their "Theft and Upgrades" breakdown is now premium content, since that report was very useful for identifying a 'broken' release with respect to users 'downgrading' to a previous, more reliable version :)
