The mod_socache_* modules are now all documented.

I also overhauled the caching guide. It previously consisted of a mix of 
information on HTTP caching and file handle / file content caching, which are 
two very different things, and the document only made sense if you understood 
HTTP caching already. The guide is now clearly divided into HTTP caching, 
socache caching and specialised caching (file handles, etc), and hopefully 
makes more sense.
