Ok, I should have been more exact
EnableMMAP off + EnableSendfile Off  ---> L status stays
EnableMMAP off + EnableSendfile On ---> normal behaviour
EnableMMAP on + EnableSendfile On ---> normal behaviour
EnableMMAP on + EnableSendfile Off  ---> normal behaviour
