[httpd 2.2] mod_ssl environment variables setting

Hi all,

I'm currently trying to customize mod_authnz_ldap in order to give it 
access to SSL variables but i have found that env vars ( with SSLOptions 
+StdEnvVars ) are set at fixups of mod_ssl, but i need them in an 
auth_checker function (that is called before fixup functions if i'm 
right ).
My question is why those variables are not set sooner ?
