apr-util 1.5.2 and winver

For your information,

Httpd 2.4.4 builds and runs fine with apr-util 1.5.2 VC9, VC10 and VC11.
Also upped in VC11 APR and Apachemonitor the Windows header:   _WIN32_WINNT
to 0x0600 , no issues.

0600 results in that  it uses (optimized) features/functions introduced in
the latest versions (win7, 2008, win8 and 2012), see
