subversion repository and not monitored for PRs. Which we should do.
It wasn't monitored six months ago, but it is now (as of two months ago
I think), at notificati...@httpd.apache.org - people are encouraged to
join that list and help out :)
I brought your change into the subversion repository and also on my actively
maintained mod_md repository at <https://github.com/icing/mod_md>. If you ever
want to bring another PR to the module, that is a good place.
