Thanks for the update...
If OpenSSL3.0 is not planned does it mean then HTTPD 2.4.x will extend support 
for OpenSSL 1.1.1. on EL8 beyond below timelines.

I guess it is a question for us. Currently there are no plans to *require* 
Openssl 3.0 for httpd 2.4.x.
