Hi All!

Come '25 I'll have some cycles to get back into some serious httpd work, and am
looking to find out what our next steps are. I've followed along the lists but
have really not been active. Do we have a plan forward, past httpd-2.4? I'd
like to see what areas I could look into to help us drive forward. Some things
that I want to do is reboot my work on various proxy enhancements, including
auto discovery and balancer metrics.

Some considerations and potential topics of discussion:

1. On trunk, baseline something newer than c89
2. Update the autoconf suite
3. future roadmap

Basically the question is: Is httpd basically in maintenance mode or do we want
to try to get some momentum going?

Cheers
