Since upgrading from 2.4.65 to 2.4.66 on Debian, I've seen occasional crashes 
like this:

 apache2[453094]: segfault at 7f3a29bdc0b8
 ip 00007f3a2ebd5dbb sp 00007f39fdfdcb20 error 4
 in mod_http2.so[7f3a2ebc5000+29000]

gdb on the coredump shows:

 Program terminated with signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
 #0  c1_purge_streams (m=0x7f3a2af26738) at ./modules/http2/h2_mplx.c:606

Is this the bug that's fixed with this patch, or is it something different?
