2.0 and 2.2 bugs, respectively, with a convenient suggested close message at 
the top.

My recommendation is that we close all of these, with the suggested close 
message. But I like the idea of these being done by a human, who actually goes 
and looks to see if closing it is the right move, or if further investigation 
is warranted. Granted, they can just reopen it against 2.4, but, given that 
some of these are 20+ years old, the chances of that actually happening seem 
almost zero, so a human touch seems like the right approach.

If anyone has a few minutes to have a look and knock some of these out, that 
would be fantastic. I can regenerate this report periodically until they’re all 
gone.
