Let's do it... for 2.4.x we have currently:

     . CI configuration and scripts

```

The cmake stuff is usable (but not well tested) on Unix so IMO we should
add it to the RTC exceptions explicitly as well.

So I'm proposing to amend those two lines to:

     . non-Unix build, and cmake-based build
     . Tests, CI configuration and scripts

And +1 here.
