yes. We would have repush the site. Chris (from infra) suggested he'd
move/rename the current repo to a incubator-hudi-site repo. So, that's also
an option.

Contributor instructions, already point at JIRA. I think we are all aligned
on this.
I will move key issues over to JIRA manually, sometime this week. Tagging
components etc, anyway needs to be done individually.

I think the transfer option is still worthwhile to keep existing forks and
stars. wdyt?
