Hi all,

As you may have noticed, recent Azure CI builds are failing across PRs and
master branches. This is caused by slow response from <url&gt;
https://public.nexus.pentaho.org/repository/proxy-public-3rd-party-release/
</url&gt;
one of the maven repositories to download artifacts during mvn install,
which usually took 5-6 min but was increased to 30+min due to the slowness.
The subsequent test runs will always exceed 1hr limit for Azure tasks.

This is resolved by a temporary quick fix in
https://github.com/apache/hudi/commit/5302b9a4efdb2b13a17561709459e8a1a55d060e

Please rebase your PRs to be able to pass the CI. Sorry about the
inconvenience.
