### Bug Type (问题类型) _No response_ ### Before submit - [X] 我已经确认现有的 [Issues](https://github.com/hugegraph/hugegraph/issues) 与 [FAQ](https://hugegraph.github.io/hugegraph-doc/guides/faq.html) 中没有相同 / 重复问题 ### Environment (环境信息) - Server Version: v0.12.0 - Backend: RocksDB ### Expected & Actual behavior (期望与实际表现) 创建一张A图，删除后不能再创建A，rocksdb好像有个lock文件(线程在运行，像是rocksdb的特性)，导致再创建这个名字的图报错，另外，创建A后，再创建a，会删除A的数据文件，再点击创建a,才会创建成功，意思是图名的大小写好像对创建有影响，不知道是因为配置问题还是现存的bug???麻烦解答一下 <img width="734" alt="微信图片_20221114183423" src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/73277908/201638511-22a95b88-2e01-4ffa-8ecb-f2e47655d5e2.png";> ### Vertex/Edge example (问题点 / 边数据举例) _No response_ ### Schema [VertexLabel, EdgeLabel, IndexLabel] (元数据结构) _No response_ -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
