Description:
When you build iBatis with NAnt and enable SqlMap validation iBatis throws an
exception. It attempts to load SqlMapConfig.xsd and SqlMap.xsd from the
assembly resource stream, and the current NAnt build script does not include
those files as resources. The patch below fixes this. Furthermore, it alters
the XML namespace of the NAnt build file [see
http://nant.sourceforge.net/faq.html#enable-intellisense]
