not that I want to encourae further communication here, but your XML validates 
fine.  I'd check your XML parser, the file format for the OS you're on, and 
make sure there's no leading whitespace in your XML file.  Also, try adding a 
carriage return or two at the end of your XML file, just in case your parser 
sucks.
