Resolution: Invalid
This is not an appropriate use of JIRA.
There were no comments to the announcement of this tool on the developer's
list. I believe that is because there was very little information provided
about what the tool does, or where it fits in the development cycle.
I suggest that you bundle up the tool, write some documentation, and make it
publically available somewhere (Sourceforge???). Then we'll be able to see if
there is any interest from the community.
