URGENT --- using '$' character in package name (sample$pack.sample_proc)

Hi,
I am getting this problem while calling a procedure with package name
containing '$' symbol if I skip '$' symbol it is working fine. And according to
following stacktrace we found that in SimpleDynamicSql.java file you are using
'$' symbol as ELEMENT_TOKEN and does this exception is occured because of that
our code snippet is
