[VOTE] Deprecate PaginatedList related interfaces, implementations and APIs.

This is the official vote to deprecate both the PaginatedList interface, the queryForPaginatedList() method and all PaginagedList implementations.

The deprecated APIs and classes will be marked with the deprecated flag for a period of 6 months and thereafter removed completely from the API. 

For those who depende upon this functionality, we will provide a recommended upgrade path in either example form or possibly as a set of utility classes that achieve the same functionality as the PaginatedList features do today.
