It seems to be rather difficult to set the set/get accessor factories and
object factories when using the DomDaoManagerBuilder. Perhaps an event gets
raised when the DomSqlMapBuilder is created but before it is instantiated.
This would be nice for SimpleDaoBuilder as well.
